Robert David Onley B.A. (Hons), J.D., has a wide range of practical business law experience from various industries. He started with a private practice as a corporate litigator, focusing on bankruptcy, insolvency and corporate fraud files.

Then he moved to in-house legal counsel with Payments Canada, gaining key experience in payments, finance, SaaS / tech, managed IT, employment, privacy and contracts.

Outside law, Robert worked in international security at Global Affairs Canada, and now works full-time as the founder, CEO and General Counsel of NotaryPro.ca — a legal tech start-up and Canada's premier online notary public service.

Robert is also the co-founder of the Young Diplomats of Canada, and an alumnus of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community. Robert is a dedicated father of 4 and a long suffering Leafs fan.

Trish Sawhney, BMus (Hons), B.A., LL.B, is a dynamic lawyer and Canadian trademark agent who combines legal expertise and creative insight to deliver exceptional results for clients.

With a background rooted in the arts and a first-hand understanding of the importance of protecting one’s creative assets, Trish leverages her diverse background to connect with clients and craft comprehensive and strategic solutions for their business needs.
